MCM have announced that they will as of October be expanding their London show to a massive 34,000 ft, from the previous 25,000 ft. With a record attendance of 76,000 people it was inevitable that this was needed, BUT was does it really mean. What impact will it have on the comic village?
From my point of view it means longer Q’s, not only to get in but general all round the complex. And not a lot in terms of the comic village, Its not somewhere I would suggest to go to fill your missing back issues.
I have asked anyone from MCM to contact us to help improve the comic aspect of things but alas no email yet. Which begs the question, why call it a comic con?
